Earlier this year, my 2-year-old toddler developed small red splotches on his legs, back and chest, which the pediatrician diagnosed as eczema. Having tried a few specialized topical creams, I then switched to using SMOC eczema soap.
After about 7 days of use with his baths, the redness was clearly better, and within another few days was completely gone. I was quite pleased (and surprised) at its effectiveness, and continue to use it regularly for his baths, as it's quite gentle on his skin.

I've had eczema on my hands for several years and a lot of soaps make it worse. After using this for a few weeks, I noticed that I didn't have any eczema patches on my hands!
