Lather: Eczema bar is 'medium' lather. Ultra-Moisturizing bar is 'low to medium' lather. (Lather and moisturizing capability are inversely related. Our soaps are formulated to produce less lather than a typical soap, leaving your skin more moisturized.)

Ultra Moisturizing Bar Ingredients (All Food-Grade): organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, water, organic cocoa butter, sodium hydroxide*, organic castor oil, organic aloe vera.   

Ultimate Eczema Therapy Bar Ingredients (All Food-Grade): organic extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, water, organic cocoa butter, sodium hydroxide*, organic castor oil, organic powdered oatmeal, organic aloe vera, organic comfrey root, organic calendula (marigold).   

*none remains in the final product because it reacts with the oils and turns into soap in a process called saponification. This is how all real soap is made.  If it's not made via saponification, it's not real soap, it's a synthetic detergent.
